More than meets the eye

Lawrie Hutchmen, the most saddest boy in school! He just walks over and bites a chunk out of the cakes I had just baked for the charity, "Save The Panda's" He looks at me, dark eyed and walks back down the coridoor. And says after him.

'I love the panda hat...'

'Sarah I hate him so much!' I explain.

'Don't worry Coco, everyone hates him...'

'Yes but why did he have to take a bite out of a cake that was supposed to be on sale for 30p for a charity, how could he do that!' I say, looking baffled.

'It was only a 30p cake Coco! As if it would help THAT much,' explains Sarah putting her coat on.

'Well, still, it could so something.' I say walking out the door, to the gate at the far end of the playground. Then I see something on the flagpole, and I notice that my panda hat is missing, I look a little closer at the thing on the pole. My mouth forms into a 'O' shape. Its my panda hat!

'My hat!' I shout. Then I remember what Lawrie said before, "I love the panda hat" It was Lawrie!.

It takes me about an hour to get it down, climbing up the pole and clambering back down. When I finally get it I have missed the bus, so I phone mum and wait beside the bus stop. Suddenly I hear a little whimper coming from the trees, I go and explore and find a little year 6 boy getting shouted at by Lawrie Hutchmen.

I hate bullies more than anything so I pounce in front of the little kid and start shouting at Lawrie and saying he is a mean spitefull bully!

The little kid scampers away, not even saying thanks, but he proberaly wanted to get away.

'What are you doing!' hisses Lawrie 

'Letting the poor kid get away, you don't just shout at little kids like that for no reason what so ever!' I say.

'He did do something though.' He says looking at his shoes.

What then!' I say looking at Lawrie.

'He put your panda hat on the pole...' He says and then walks away leaving me stunned. Lawrie Hutchmen, sticking up for me!? How is that possible...
